Aquila Barn - Location

Aquila Barn is just minutes from the Burnie/Wynyard Airport (virtually within walking distance) where frequent REX flights throughout the day link Wynyard to Melbourne Tullamarine (1hr) and the world beyond.  

Qantas Link similarly operates a frequent Devonport/Melbourne Tullamarine service. [Major Car Hire firms competitively operate from both regional Airports] 

The Spirit of Tasmania berths daily at Devonport, 50 minutes away.

Launceston and Hobart, although considerably further from Wynyard are linked by Tasmania's major heritage highway.  Direct distance times are a little arbitrary, with so many opportunities to explore along the way. Direct driving time approximately 2-4hr respectively.

Aquila Barn is located at 66 Table Cape Rd, on the Wynyard scenic tourist route around Table Cape to Boat Harbour.
From the A2 take the Wynyard exit onto the Old Bass Highway and follow the tourist signage to Table Cape & Fossil Bluff.
At the Inglis River bridge Saunders St becomes the Table Cape Rd, and at this point Aquila Barn is visible high on the hill, distant right. 
Only 660mts from here take the 2nd farm entry gate to the right at No.66 
Follow the colloquially known Bean Stalk Road (on farm) past the old farm house and on to the top of the hill where the Barn is apparent.
